Tim Baker is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with a background in Human Resources, Operations and Communications. He has worked in the public and private sectors with a focus on small business and startups. Tim spent years on the operations side of the Hospitality industry and developed a passion for the impact that people have on an organization. After a move to Employee Assistance Programs, Tim formalized his HR education and certifications. With a diverse skillset and well rounded experience, Tim brings a unique perspective to his consulting and outsourced HR projects.
